Chicken is very healthy for you and good because it is very versatile. Like you, I only eat boneless, skinless chicken. I use it in salads, tacos, quesidilla's, omelets, grilled you can do just about anything with it. Fish and Turkey are also very good from a health and nutritional standpoint.

chicken or any poultry has a lot less fat than red meat, so that is why it is healthier. they say that you should only eat red meat every once in a while since it has different vitamins and stuff
