Most people think that women don't suffer from hair loss, actually hair loss is part of the lives of more than 25 million women in the US alone. There are different types of hair loss in women. The most popular kind s is called Androgenetic Alopecia, aka Female Pattern Alopecia. This type of baldness doesn't mean total hair loss. It is simply the receding of the hairline above and in front of your head. This condition usually occurs after the menopause.

The pattern for hair loss in women may be noted with excess loss, but what brings women to professionals is the continuous thinning of the hair.
